That would be too like the KC stadium. King Power don't call any of their other facilities KP this or that, so I can't see that you need worry that they will do it now.

You have left out "food". Also the important word is Concourse not Complex.
There is a chap not far from me who pushes past around the 39th minute to get to the concourse where he stays until a few minutes into the second half when he pushes past again. There is no mistaking his intention: he comes to the stadium for the concourse ambience and its culinary delights.

Well it is their stadium so I suppose they can call it what they like. Obviously Walkers are not prepared to pay a big fee.
I am guessing King Power will pay the fee for the naming rights to Asia Football Investments, and write the payment down as a tax deductible expense.
