Still as erratic, inconstant and mistake-rdiden a player as he was under SGE. The difference is SSL, who is much better at digging him out of holes than Bamba was, how many games in recent times have people been saying SSL has had to dig Mills out of holes in recent games? Far too many.

It's no coincidence Reading's defence has vastly improved this season since Gorkss came in for him and by what Reading fans say Alex Pearce is also a much better player with an organiser alongside him, instead of looking for Mills, who is rather hilariously our captain, for leadership and organisation.
