Yes, but no one on here does.

I think you'll find there are a few people who know people connected with the club and know what happened last weekend who post on here.

The article in the Mail pretty much(but not quite) covers everything I was told a few days ago for example.

And I'm sure there are others who know people who work at the club who have been told what happened as well.

To say no one on here knows at least the basics of what happened is a bit silly really.......

A Hull fan on TFF thinks it's ridiculous we have suspended him for having political views.

He going by the single comment in the article 'immigrants are killing this country' and thinking that is all that happened. Seems to think that people should be more 'professional' and it shouldn't affect them all doing their job.

Un...be...lievable.....

some people are just ignorant

Bless his little cottons:

Dear, oh dear Wayne how you've fallen from grace since that game with Wigan. He was brilliant for us in the Championship, and it's a shame he has such views...I do think suspending him is a little strange though, has he actually done anything wrong here?

What's he actually said though? Immigrants are 'killing this country', that's the only quote we've got and to suspend him for that is quite ridiculous.

The fact is his opinions won't affect his job, he is professional and so are all his team mates it's not like his views will affect something like imparitality like it would to a policeman. I loathe the BNP as much as anyone and am disgusted by anyone who votes for them but this is ridiculous and only gives more credence to their claims that they are discriminated against.

The supporters have every right to make their feelings known and I'm sure this will ostracise Brown from the majority of the players, on a personal level. However, they're being paid god knows how much and as a professional you do not need to like a person to play in a team with them. All I'm saying is going by what the Daily Mail have quoted, he's not said anything that would breach any rules and suspending him will make a martyr out of him. His views are pig ignorant and he should be called up on them but suspending seems an odd move.

all we have to go is what the Daily Mail has reported. If he had said something explicity racist the Daily Mail would have printed it, they're a sensationalist paper who would have revelled in it. Do you really think you should be 'hauled up in front of a disciplinary committee' for what the Daily Mail is quoting him as saying? You might not agree with it, and think he's a **** for thinking like that, but you can't just sack people for having odious views.

If someone I worked with went off on a rant about how immigrants are ruining the country, I'd take issue with it and tell them they're talking bollocks/ But report it, not a chance because it's not breaking the rules or really that offensive. If he had said, I hate all the P***s, N*****s and Jews then fair enough, but he hasn't.

David Starkey said "We should never make gods of our opinions."
Remember you may be wrong.

That's the second time you've mentioned David Starkey recently. Can you stop it, please?
He's a vile little man and the mention of his name makes me feel a bit ill.

Does this twonk from Hull really think that the report in the Mail is the entire incident and the full story?

Oh my.

I'm quite suprised the Mail think this is newsworthy, doubt they'd find that sort of thing anything but the norm.

Yup. Even though I'm telling him there's a bit more to it than what they've printed he's not having a bean of it.

And even though i've told him that there are people who do know a bit more about it than the report in the paper he's not listening to that either.

He's a bellend.

BF, if you know more could you just post it. There's clearly a leak in the club to the press anyway.

BF, edit what he said onto wikipedia and then delete it so we can look at the history. Like what happened when the story first broke.

There's no way you could be done for liable for that.
