We looked the more likely to score after that and to be fair we should have won. A cracking west brom finish did for us.

I did bitch all game, but on reflection we didn't do too bad.

My mate and I were both convinced that Craig Beattie was in a offside position when the ball was passed to him before he scored, but there has been no mention of it on here or from Ollie, so looking forward to seeing it again on the Championship tomorrow morning.

Just to add my opinion, I think the BM position has become a little hazy. Rather than "ooooh, our new manager is great because he's funny!!111 Yay!111" in my current assessment the BM line now is "we hate all new managers!!111 Yay!!111". I think a few of you have shifted towards the Mongie light...

Slagging off Holloway after five games is incredibly stupid IMO. At some point we are going to have to accept a new manager and get behind him. And you know what? It won't be MON you BMs, but we're still going to have to get behind a manager at some point...

We weren't outplayed, but yes West Brom had more quality than us, they should have come to the Walkers full of confidence and attacked us much better than they did.
After our equaliser we were the better team and they even tried handing a win to us on a plate by making some defensive errors but as usual we failed to capatalise on it and ended up getting beat against the run of play.

I think BG is into Serie A so much he sometimes forgets we're not Lazio. MK's report was not much on content but he seemed to have a similar opinion as you. I think Melts is glad he never went today. :icon_wink

Sounds like Melts has finally reached the end of his tether as far as LCFC is concerned as it's not like him to miss a home game, then on the the other hand he has a young family and Christmas is around the corner.
