Cheers, Swede. Will give it a listen.

Jens is great. Can't wait for his new album early next year.

****ing excellent. The mid section is amazing.

Late entry to album of 2011 reckoning. Join The National as best US band.

Agreed. I love Little Black Submarines, it's got a very Led Zep feel to it.

I've been lying on my sofa with my mind in a psychotic state for the past few hours, staring at the ceiling, listening to Leonard Cohen - Live in London (2009). I've never tried heroin but this must be close.

Are you serious! It must have been something you'd remember for the rest of the of your life, it sounds so good, he sounds so good. How was it? Tell me everything!

It was good, though I was a little disappointed with the tracklist. I much prefer his 60s/early 70s stuff, whereas he played a lot of his 80s stuff. Still fantastic though, even if we were in a crappy seat right at the side of the O2 so we couldn't see much.

We were also about 30 years younger than the average age of the audience. :icon_lol:

I've only just started listening to him. Trying to find something to indulge in, a long-lasting love, if you will. :)And Cohen's body of work is quite impressive.

I know what you mean. I went to a Morrissey concert in June and there were two entirely different generations there, there were the angst-ridden outsiders in their late teens/early twenties who can identify with the Smiths lyrics (like me) right now, and then there were those who were like that in the 80's, who are in their 40s now, and purely went for nostalgic reasons.
