Tipping Point - is this a pisstake? A show based on the 2p slot machines and the morons are getting excited. Perhaps I should get on with some work instead...

Just turn the ****ing telly off. Turn it off, unplug the ****ing thing and stop watching it. You'll feel better for it.

I had to do some work in the end...damn job interrupting my lazy afternoon :icon_bigg

The New Yes, Prime Minister on GOLD. Pretty poor, but to be fair that's what I was expecting having heard bad things about the stage play. Suffers completely by comparison to the old one and was trying to hard to copy it's style, dialogue and the actor's mannerisms.

TOTP, 1978 documentray style programme.
Bloody brilliant music being played, Skids, Clash, Boomtown Rats, Jam, Stranglers. With a bit on BeeGees, Grease, & disco.
What nostlgia :) Reminds me of the days of Fusion and Palais.

What channel?

I don't have Sky, so bought the 1st series and am just starting to watch the 2nd series *cough* on-line *cough*.

Dave.

Someone did me a copy of season 2. Unfortunately the sound and the mouth movements were about 5 seconds apart so I decided to ditch it and wait for it on tv.

Not strictly on TV, but:

The Pirate Bay - Away From Keyboard.

To think that 90% of my media consumption is in the hands of these three people.

House Of Cards.

Loved the original BBC version and I think the conversion to an American version is excellent.

Breakfast TV on BBC1 this morning. Its looking a bit different this morning no sofa as it appears to be just BBC News Channel.

If they remembered that they used to be a news organisation and made that change permanent it'd be a good thing.

It's funny how, with all their journalists on strike, they managed to make a better news programme, some might say this proves the point that sacking a few won't be a bad thing.
