You will be very disappointed cambo. The price will (unfortunately) not reflect ability but the willingness among the parties to strike a deal. Mahrez wants out meaning we will have to sell him while other clubs are not as keen as last year = low price.

Sanchez and/or Ozil leave Arsenal. Mahrez signs for them for £30m-£35m ish. TB goes into meltdown, but not as much as FT, where people post live vids of themselves slashing their wrists.

but you are a fan. If you look at the quote you attacked it said nothing about whole scouting department - though you overestimate them too :

Managers and other teams fans didn't see him week in week out. They'll think that they can get the "other" Mahrez to work for them.

My view? #lcfc have no need to sell. And won't let Mahrez, PFA POTY, go for less than £40m in inflated market. Gray desperate for games tho.

Gutted he wants to go, the guy is without doubt the most technically gifted footballer ever to wear our colours, but as he clearly wants out and as this season has just shown the time has come to part company for the best interests of all parties.

I just hope everybody is fair and try's to protect the best interests of all parties, for me a fee of £40m would be decent business really hope we don't become too greedy and look for a minimum of £50m and potentially end up with a very unhappy player or worse still a long protracted transfer saga right through the window, only for him to leave on deadline day leaving us with little opportunity to use the cash.

IMO we need to push hard to make a deal happen quickly and then use the summer to put our plans in place, it also allows Shakey the maximum to time to plan a system and pattern without Mahrez

Or better still push hard to put our plan in place and then sell him to recuperate cash. The club must put themselves first as they did with Ranieri.

How often do scouts buy them? (and you still believe that team's scouts watch every second of every game a player plays)

and irrelevant as I was talking about perception which is far more important in business today. Fans of clubs want Mahrez because of what they've seen on MOTD.

Agreed apparently Wenger is interested but I do not think he would pay 40+ I would be happy for 20+ and Waldcott he is a special player and will be missed IMO
