Paulo Bandini is, as you can probably infer from his name, an Italian football expert. Just heard him say on The Guardian football podcast that Roma definitely can't afford him, ironically because they haven't qualified for the Champions league often enough in recent years - hence the incrementally larger bids. Bandini doesn't expect Mahrez to go to Roma in the near future even though he'd like to.

Ox wants a move to Liverpool and might not end up at Chelsea.

It's a lazy paper reporting what a money-grabbing agent has told a shit-stirring website.
 
If we can just keep him until January he could provide the quality that keeps us in the top ten.
Then maybe if he could see that we are genuine contenders he might not be so desperate to leave.
He knows that if he reverts to grumpy git like Costa and Drinkwater, nobody will stump up the £50million

Just been reported on TalkSqawk that the new club is Barcelona and that he has been released from the squad to finalise a deal already agreed between the two clubs.

Getting a replacement for him could be complicated by the fact that the Spanish window closes 24 hours after ours.
 
If this really happens, it is the best we could hope for when he actually leaves. His dream comes true, we hopefully get a proper fee and we won't have to see him in another PL team's shirt.
