I keep getting encouraged to take this one step further as I can reel them off all day long, but I wouldn't know what to do or where to start. Contrary to what you might believe, I'm not exactly the most confident person and I usually think I've came up with a steaming pile of rubbish, as I thought this time.

Only recently am I getting told otherwise and being encouraged to do more.
