That his mate sells, whilst he just sits there seeking company - he probably can't even read
Blimey, there are a lot of assumptions going on today.

so he wouldn't have took the job without expecting rioters to throw missiles ? what did he expect rioters to do exactly ? blow kisses at him ?
and you filmed that tooIt's what you did on last year's Gay Pride march, you dirty fecker
you do usually need to have some physical diasbility, stink of piss and be a scruffy cnut...i start next wednesday
That's exactly it H. Of course he knew what to expect and that is why the police were clearing the lines of any potential trouble. Just because he hasn't got a brick in his hand doesn't mean he can't find one so what do they do? Carry on and leave him behind them where he could cause or incite more trouble?
i take it you either get your paper delivered or get it from a newsagent.homer is spot on in my experience of newspaper street vendorsBlimey, there are a lot of assumptions going on today.

How would you have done that? Would you have charged the police line and demand to be let through so that you could be on your way home?
No I'd have ran in the opposite direction
I don't understand this post, what exactly are you saying?
I'm saying that only in this country would a policemen who has pushed over a "protestor", become a thug and murderer, resulting in the government ordering a full enquiry. All based on two minutes of video footage without any audio.

i'm not saying he was responsible for his death, what exactly was the guy protesting about ? nobody is saying he was a protester,he was on his way home and had nothing to do with the protest, yes he's a little stupid for choosing that route home but i don't think it deserved the treatment he received.you are clearly a big tough man band and can shrug aside a shove like that but this guy was clearly a bit more frail,i just think the actions were a little over the top you clearly applaud it
You've convinced me the copper should lose his job, stepped over the line by pushing this innocent bloke and there is no excuse for it. He gets paid to have things thrown at him and if he doesnt like it he shouldn't be doing the job.
The innocent man just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and this thug of a copper has gone well over the top. He should have put his arm round him and checked he was ok. I mean he had his hands in his pockets he was obviously harmless.
This is just another mistake by the police and personally I think the police force needs a complete overhaul from the very top. Its sickening that this kind of thing happens and I for one have had enough.

What's wrong, I'm agreeing with you. This copper has assaulted an innocent man he needs to be brought to justice!

Finally some sense.
Let me ask you this, If a member of your family happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and this happened would you be happy if no investigation was launched?
Or would you rather live in Thailand where they would just get the living shit kicked out of them?
I think HF is struggling with your complete overeaction and lack of sensible argument.
