Quick, everyone panic! That's as near to my opinion as makes no difference. I don't see it as premature to point out the signs that are already clearly present.

You mean like that famous foreign team, West Brom? (I guess HTB thinks they're foreign anyway - they come from the Black Country :icon_bigg)I don't think that you can change the players we have into a team that plays 'continental' football and expect to be successful in this division.

The hardest thing is going to be changing Leicester fans' minds. We'll be hearing from some people that we need a big man/little man combo up top for years to come, we all know it.
Kick and rush is finally on the way out and this "continental" style of play (which has been played around the world for decades, by half the Premier League and a variety of other teams in Britain) is taking over. This has been going on for a number of years and anyone who hasn't seen it coming quite frankly isn't paying attention.
The sooner we start to adopt it, and accept it as fans, the better, IMO.
Teams like West Brom have been promoted by playing fancy football. But teams like Newcastle and Stoke have hoofed their way into the Prem. A good manager is one that knows his teams strengths and weaknesses. I think Paulo is yet to work out what ours are yet.

I think Mr Sousa has an ego the size of a planet.I think the sad thing is that he has ignored our former strengths without putting anything else in their place. He has seems to have resolved that some of our former weaknesses are not weaknesses at all, or at least decided that they are not weaknesses until it is decided by him himself that they are weaknesses.
He seems like a man who has decided that he has nothing to learn from other people's success.
