Surely if you are offering a catering facility at a sporting event and charging through the nose for it it shouldn't be unreasonable to expect the said facility to have stocks of key lines.

Especially as they don't have to plan for this to occur daily, it's once or twice a week FFS.

Is it really beyond a catering facility at a stadium to e able to plan to have enough stocks of lines that have shelf lives of literally years.

I really don't understand how they an get it so wrong consistently.
