I think we should show some patience and understanding. The catering manager has returned from long term injury and just needs time to find his form. His middle managers are just starting to gel as a unit. Give them time and they'll be premier caterers. Don't rush in with complaints and calls to remove the catering manager. A change now would be a disaster - if you thought things were bad, they'd probably get a lot worse. You'd get milk and sugar alright, but they'd probably forget to put the tea bag in. I'm telling you no pukka pies.
Raise you cups of hot black tea and coffee and support the team, they're just doing their best and trying to bring home the bacon (though not to you, obviously).

At least, this year I have an excuse for being late with my Christmas shopping.
