It must be new manager time as Rotherham appoint Alan Stubbs, he left Hibernian after winning them the Scottish FACup and Leeds appoint Gary Monk who got the sack because he was on a bad run culminating in a 3-0 defeat to some team they'd easily beat 2-0 the previous year which obviously was too much for the Swansea board to take.
