only a few single seats left, and they say another 2000 will be in tomorrow afternoon, I have just bought mine and will be out of tomorrows allocation.

Well, first time I tackled the roadworks on the M69 this morning. They are bit of a pig! I was delayed for about 20-30 minutes.

I have ended up on Fox Travel to avoid the chaos of parking.

There are also shuttle buses leaving from the City Centre (Station) to the Ricoh.

[£3.50 return]

Does anyone know if you can still ask for a "match day ticket" on WM buses which allows you to go anywhere in Cov for the day AND use the shuttle bus back into town, or are the shuttle tickets not usable with other services ?

You certainly could last year and they are still listed on the West Midlands Travel website.

They were £3 last year but Fludie has already said that the football shuttle alone is now £3.50, so they have obviously gone up. And don't forget that you have to give the correct money on WM buses - the driver does not give change so have plenty of coins available.

Just to be absolutely clear, the service 101 football shuttle buses run from the bus station which is on the edge of the city centre. They do not serve the railway station which is further away from and on the other side of the city centre. From the railway station you have to catch a bus to Pool Meadow (the bus station) and change onto the 101 football shuttle there.

After the game when the number of away fans is high and by arrangement with the police, some of the football shuttles may also serve the railway station but this can not always be relied on.

Bus station is right next to the Sainsburys at the bottom of town.

And also my mistake the buses are £3.
