I would rather we get taken over by a charlatan (or Stone Rose) and get completely shafted leaving us without a club at all.
What about Kevin Shields?!?

Why is it not relevant anymore - without that £6 million we would not be having any kind of discussion about LCFC. It's not exactly small beer is it, and probably more in hard cash terms than MM is giong to risk.
anyone who invests in a club like Leicester City to save it from administration must see it in terms of a sort of donation I'm afraid.
I bet MM didn't see it as a donation when he took Portsmouth out of administration, and I'm sure he'll also feel the same way about us.
the great thing is that although milan will ultimately see it as business, in order for him to make money he will have to make us a success.
But what happens if he doesn't succeed?

The investors concerned saved LCFC. We are grateful for that.

Are all local papers full of shit?
From the East Anglia Daily Times:
IAIN Dowie is set to return to football management this week following Milan Mandaric's takeover at Leicester City.
As Godfather to one of Jim Magilton's children he will be made very welcome at Portman Road on Saturday if he is in the Foxes hot-seat by then.
Former Portsmouth owner Mandaric was due to complete the purchase of City last week but had to return to Belgarde as his mother was taken extremely ill.
He was at the Walkers' Stadium on Saturday to see them only draw with Luton, a result that leaves Rob Kelly vulnerable. He said that significant progress had been made regarding the sale.
The paperwork is expected to be completed within the next 24 hours with Mandaric then being officially announced as the new opener.
Clear evidence that it's just around the corner
The Dowie thing WILL happen.
