We as a board live in the real world are armed by virtue of our position with numerous facts about the managemnet the players their motovation our financial situation etc, we do see and hear what is going on and are prepared to do the right things for this club.

Here is my email.

Hi Tim, I am a fan who is very concerned over our league position and high chance of relegation.

Looking at the table we are now in the bottom 3 and have the 5th highest wage bill in the league on this basis we are drastically under achieving, 7 of the team fielded against norwich this season were with us last season and leeds have brought in more players then us since last year yet they have gelled and are in the playoffs whilst we are in a relegation scrap.

Here is the bottom of the last 8 games played table.

Craig has failed to win 2 games in a row this season, has won only 1 away game and surely on this record we will be relegated without a doubt barring a miracle.

I have a few questions I would like answering please.

(a) Are the club prepared for relegation and is it acceptable.
(b) Why don’t they sack the manager who has put us in our worst position for 14 years.
(c) If you intend to keep craig in his job why is there no public statement backing him explaining the reasons why.
(d) Why not sell a player to fund the sacking of craig, if the club has no cash to pay him off.
(e) If you disagree with me what is the basis on how you think craig can achieve what he has failed to achieve in 18 months and that is the form needed to climb up the table.

Dear Mr Davies i am aware that you have recieved a number of E-mails
reagrding our club's current plight.I am sorry to say this is another one.

Please don't dismiss this E-mail as just another rant.I would just like you
to take into account the severe dent in my family's bank account every
season supporting our club.
We don't mind nor begrudge any of this money, which stretches into thousands
of pounds every year, as long as we get some reward. We at least expect some
passion and commitment from our team.
Nobody really expected Promotion or maybe even the Play-Offs this season but
we did expect our team to fight towards these goals like we have been
renowned to over the last 15 years. Craig Levein does little to inspire
passion into the fans and it seems he fails to do this to his players also.
We have the odd good game every dozen and this is not good enough.
Please realise we fans are the lifeblood of the club and we deserve to be
taken seriously.

Any type of response would be welcome but please,no polite brush off.

Good Luck with LCFC and lets hope our proud club can rise from this grave.

I am not going to rant on about how poor the team are because i think we can all see that for ourselves.I just have a few questions i would just like to ask of the club at the moment.
1) Why dont they sack the manager who has been in his job for around 17 months and taken us to our worst position in 14 years?
2) If you are going to back Craig for whatever reasons why wont you go public and explain your reasons to the fans?
3) Craig is still in the job is he only in the job at the moment whilst you look for a replacement or if not how do you see him getting us out of the position we are in which he has failed to do in the last 17 months?

Thank you for your support of the club.

You are right Craig is accountable for results, motivation of the team etc and
is held to account. If these dont improve this is unacceptable.

At present one of our main issues has been goalscoring. We have recently
purchased a goalscorer who hopefully will start for us for the first time on
saturday and will either himself or by his presence mean the team scores when on
top and by doing so restore confidence.

We will as a board do all we need to do to give us the best possible chance of
staying up whilst ensuring the club is financially still alive.

Hi Tim.

I know you must be getting a lot of emails of this nature, and it is not my
desire to rant, but having witnessed what has been an awful run, that has
now resulted in the clubs lowest league posistion in 15 years, i felt
compelled to write, if only to re-inforce the message that it is not a
minority of people who are reaching the limits of their patients. While talk
of large scale protests, boycotts, and campaigns among online fan
communities are in early stages, it is evidence that the club is loosing the
support of it fans.

This is due in no small part, to the silence from the clubs officials. I am
aware that this is not solely your responsibility. But some evidence of
strong leadership is being called for. While there are many who would call
for Craig to be sacked, i will not presume to tell you what to do, and i am
confident that all of the administration will make what you feel to be the
best decision. But please let us know what you are doing, and that you are
taking an ACTIVE interest in the future of LCFC.

I know you refuse to give a vote of confidence, and i commend you for that,
it would help nobody. but please at least let us know what you would now
consider acceptable in the short term (this season) and how you plan to
achieve it.

United we stand, devided we fall. Someone needs to take the lead.

Thank you for your comments below. We have to do all we have to do with the aim of staying up. This can take a variety of paths at a variety of times. I am aware of fans feelings and can assure you that we are not sitting doing nothing. At present I can say little more but I do note your leadership point. In the short term I believe we all need to get behind the team for the forthcoming matches.
