Now this is a bit more encouraging.

Well lets hope the pre season is dominated with a large quantity of fartlek training, because the squad was pathetically unfit under BR, do you recall the first training session when smith took over? they were sucking oxygen in through their arse after 10 mins.

It is left of field but taking a risk is better than hiring the same old belters who do nothing yet keep getting hired by desperate football clubs. As some have stated on here, he gets my backing and i wish him the greatest of success.

Bit of speed intensity training followed by slower stuff then back to speed intensity etc.... It translates as Speed and Play. It's what the Couch to 5K is loosely based around.
