Ok so the odds are not in our favour, but that doesn't mean we can't give them a good game and pull off a result. It's the FA Cup .... where strange things happen. Didn't Leeds go to Old Trafford last season and knock them out?

I didnt realise Man City play there......:102:

Am I the only person disappointed that we're gonna get fecked all over?

I'm interested to see how we'll perform against the kind of team we want to playing regular league football against. :icon_wink

Wonder if the game will have to played on the Sunday regardless of TV coverage, due to the Tiggers being at home and on TV themselves. (This will probably be covered in an earlier post, which I haven't read due to my wine consumption this afternoon...)

**** me, why the negativity on here, we play above bar they play below = possible upset. Great draw. Exactly what the FA Cup is about!

No pressure for our boys. Just go out and perform. If we could snatch a result, it could just provide us with the momentum needed for a play-off push.

It will be interesting to see what team we will put out being as most the loans will have finished by then and I doubt we will have made many signings in the first week of the window.

Pleased with the draw though nice to get a big team.

Or we could lose and begin a new downward spiral. :icon_sad:

Wow! What memories! One of the best games ever.

Was the crowd about 42,000 or have I imagined it?

When the winning goal went in they said you could hear the roar of the crowd in Birstall !

It was a mid week night match (I'm sure it was a Wednesday). The ground was packed with lots of swaying on the Filbert Street. Weren't we trailing by a couple of goals at one stage in the first half before Frank got his hat trick? Possibly the most gutsy performance I've seen from a Leicester centre forward.
