Perhaps as in this case one could say we were judging all Bulgarian's as refugees? Which would not really be acceptable.

Neither are spurious apostrophes.

not too bothered about the result like others have said cheltenham is more important, i agree with boc re martin he doesnt really look any better than henderson - his kicking is shite, saw the goals this morning the 1st one looked to have been a soft one to concede

How many matches as Martin played in ?

Two. Or to put it another way, all the ones we have conceded in and none of the ones we didn't concede in.

Maybe he needs time,Maybe in the long term Pearson seees him as better than Henderson.Henderson isn't going to improve maybe Martin will:102: Bit harsh to slate him after two games but he wouldn't be the first LCFC player to suffer that fate

I had no idea that the Society of Nigel Pearson Apologists had already been formed. Got many members yet?
:icon_wink

I have no idea what you are talking about

Having seen both Henderson and Martin play this season, I think I am entitled to comment on their performance. If you read what I wrote, you will see that I have not slated Martin but simply stated that I don't think he is a better keeper than Henderson - my simply drawn conclusion from what I have seen.

Martin is not in the same class as Fulop and I doubt if he ever will be. I'm sure Pearson does think he might make a better keeper or he wouldn't have brought him here - but that goes without saying and it's hardly necessary to point it out.

It was more the Pearson apologists thing that threw me

I know he had nothing to do but he managed a clean sheet against stockport in the cup. :102:

Mea culpa - I missed that one and, for that, I apologise.

He had feck all to do so it makes no difference, can't comment on last night because i wasn't there. I thought he was sound against Tranmere, exept for one flap in the second half he looked rather good imo.

How does Martin improving in the future benefit us? The time to play your best players is now.
