I don't really think it's fair to dismiss the posts of others as "bollocks" without adding something constructive yourself.

Constructive has never really been my thing - but I'm prepared to give it a try.

A good half of the permanent statues in Leicester have been been paid for by private subscription, some of which commemorate people whose contribution to the common good is contentious at best. Compared to that, a statue of Gandhi is not an issue.

I have heard from a member of the Judean Peopls Front that they are on their way to ''sort out'' this statue.

Why didn't we have 3 statues in a kind of conversation stance, maybe Ghandi, Daniel Lambert and ....oh who feckin cares....
