From what I gather Fernandes is a holding midfielder, whereas I wouldn't say any of our current players, bar possibly Yuki, though he still strikes me as a bit more attacking are natural holding players, so I see no problem with getting a good one in.

From what I can see he is also fairly attacking, but very tenacious and a good ball winner, would be ideal in either formation I think; either way it should allow Andy King or Wellens the freedom to create.

You jest surely. This bloke is worlds apart from Oakley at the least and would probably be our best midfielder.

If you can improve the squad, you do it. Sven has already said if he gets his remaining targets people will be on their way (Oakley, Howard, Dyer, Berner, Tunch and one or two others I'd imagine).
