Ok heres the plan apparently.

We are looking for a minimum £100k from Hull who have already spoken with Heath as well as a couple of other defenders.

If we get the £100k for Heath then we will pay the £150k Dundee are asking will for Steve Lovell.....

Also...

The impending move of Laursen back to OB Odense HAS come as a surprise to Leicester after terms had been agreed....

According to Skysports website on the Your view section, which is very much based on the dodgy rumours section on another website, it states CL was seen at East Midlands Airport meeting Malcolm Christie. Could be complete and utter bollox but I hope it could be true.

Highland Fox is a distinguished member of this forum, and to slag him off in that way is totally unacceptable
 
Looks like this season pre-season planning has gone down the swanney.

A player we agree terms with decides pastures are better in Denmark.
We cant buy a youngster from a lower league club because we put in a bid too small.

I think its an omen that we are in the shite for the next 3-5 years.

Hazz I have missed something? I don't think we had agreed terms with Laursen at all, I am not even sure we had spoken to him so he might not have been one of the four that MB has mentioned.
On the small bid side it could have just been CL trying his luck, good player for the future, if after the 'gang of four' he had a bit of money left it could have been a cheeky bid to see if he could get him, if not fairy snuff.

The writing was on the wall long ago that we would be in the shite for a few years, the important thing for me is to ensure that we do not go to the lows of admin again and that we get the right bloke in who can work to those restraints and ensure we do not go any lower than we are now and IMO in CL we have that man. IF by some miracle he gets us promoted then the 'in the shite years' will be reduced, but the reality is I think we will be treading water for a few more years yet and I think alot of our fans need to realise this too.

Someone on here suggested he had agreed terms.
Talking 'in the shite' on a footballing sense.
 
He is a quality player, more of a midfielder/drop off striker than an out and out forward but quality none the less. Did well for the U21's in Toulon.
 
alright chill out tommy, i never said it was 100% but it's a rumour and this is where they are posted
