How do you solve a crisis of confidence?

I think dpj is onto something with this praying idea. Everyone pray to the baby Jebus or the sun or something.

Get an experienced player on loan to read them the riot act. Take the squad to see a shrink.. or just pray, if we do turn it round we could be the play-off team "in-form"

Interestingly, Ipswich started to turn things around when they took an experienced midfielder in on loan. Riche Wellens.
Just saying, like, so don't stone me.

Do you kill the best player first or last? Any confusion may severely dent confidence, and therefore our chances on Tuesday.

Start with the shittest players, when the remaining players realise you were not joking they may promise to play better to save themselves.

Confidence worries will soon fade.

Will Knockaert and Wood care when you start by shooting Conrad Logan and Futacs (brought back especially)?!

You haven't thought this through at all.

Start with a big name I say.

Find the root cause of why the whole squad has lost their confidence at the same time and get the root cause to apologise and then convince the squad that they are not crap and he was wrong and totally out of order. Alternatively remove the root cause. but not until the end of this season

What if the root cause is the spaghetti bolognese from six weeks ago?

Then we should do all we can to keep it come the end of the season. By then, it will probably have turned into that beast of a midfielder we're missing.
