Canadian supporters hope to see Hume played as a 'withdrawn' striker. Also, Canada normally plays on the road with one striker, usually a big target player.

Hume played the first 60 minutes (or so) as the lone striker. Canada lost 2-0 to what was essentially a 2nd string South African side.
