According to Apple video recording is possible.

Yes, the cheapest tariff is £29.38 per month. You would be better off paying the extra £5 per month though, as you get 600mins instead of 75, and 500 messages instead of 125. Also, the phone is the same price on both of these tariffs.

You might also want to consider waiting a month or so until O2's exclusivity deal ends, and it comes out on Orange. People are predicting that the prices will come down slightly.
