Does anybody know the circumstances of the young lady (I think lady:icon_conf ) being escorted away by the police at the start of the second half?

She was sitting in the third block across, nearer the back than the front, and had been spoken to by both stewards and police during the first half. She didn't seem to be causing any trouble but there was no argument from either her or from the City fans sitting around her as she was taken out.

Was she ill? If so, why didn't the first-aiders attend?

unfortunately i DO know her...she's my sister and she was as pissed as a fart......

i never heard the tannoy announcement asking for anyone from the hinckley Branch but Ben did(and a lady called Jo who was celebrating her 40th) she missed most of the second half cos she sat with the stupid bint.

if i HAD heard the announcement and went down to see what was up, i would've asked if she would be ok where she was and then went back up to my seat!

she's ALWAYS drinking far too much but this is the first time she's been took out because of it.

personally i'd ban her off the coach for the next month(actually...the rest of the season) she's more trouble than she's worth.

ive just spoke to Angie(who does our travel and she spoke to the bint yesterday..she reckons no stewards or coppers spoke to her at all and she decided to ring Jo ....so that tannoy announcement was a figment of people's imagination eh? and the people who saw her being 'looked after' were seeing things..


she was never a very good liar.....typical of one of those people who do and say what they can to save face.


ah well....i'd make her pay for Jo's match ticket...seeing as it was her fault Jo didn't see half the match........

In the circumstances I almost feel that I should be apologising for causing you embarrassment for bringing the matter up. It's odd because when I first noticed her being spoken to during the first half, I actually thought it was you but quickly realised that it wasn't.

Is she aware that it's actually illegal to be in a 'designated sports ground' whilst drunk? £500 fine and a 12-month banning order on conviction - you don't have to be causing trouble;just being drunk is enough. One of the London Branch had his lcfc season ticket withdrawn and he was banned from Filbo for 3 games after he was found asleep on the Kop - he claimed he was asleep becuase he was tired, provided evidence that showed lack of sleep over the previous few days but it didn't make any difference, they still banned him for being drunk.

Was she arrested? Is she OK now?
