Can't say that I really see the appeal of Chelsea. There was nothing special in the second half of last season to suggest that they will become as strong as they were a few seasons ago.

But I guess maybe the appeal of London and higher wages, plus some star names, is enough.

That's how I also see it and he wouldn't be playing in the CL this season and apparently turned down 100k a week the club have offered him. Just what am I not seeing.
