I would guess that he means the place on the opposite corner, which has changed hands several times over the last few years. It's been half a dozen bars/cafes that I know of, none of them have looked very appetizing though :s

I doubt anyone has Tamworth, to put it lightly the surrounding area is a shithole. I'd stand by that if I had family which lived there.
