The atmosphere in the ground today was absolutely fantastic. Especially after the goal went in.

I could not single anyone out for criticism today. I think the defence were solid, and both Morrison and Mattock linked up well with the wingers. Mattock played some very good balls to Dyer, who absolutely ripped their full back apart (as did Gradel). Howard was immense in attack. Fryatt put serious effort in today, he may have lost his goal scoring form, but he definately deserved the applause he got.

Man of the Match had to be Dyer, closely followed by Gradel and Howard.

Nice to see that we've picked up our form just in time for the run-in.

On a seperate note, did anyone see Becchio have a tantrum after kicking out at Brown?

Anyone know if 'The Whites' is still a forum member :081::081::081:

Do not speak it's name, it might return!

Becchio's a diving twat. He can swan off back to the Spanish Third Division if he wants to dive and not take some back.

If anyone has a copy of the game on DVD, I would much appreciate a copy.

I thought Howard was going to burst something when he had his fit (for which he was booked).

Thought the whole day was awesome today.

Special mention to Filbert. His half time performance was hilarious.

Apparently both Cleverly and Gilbert were there in the dressing room today. That to me speaks volumes about the spirit in the club now, for two (ex) loan players to come back like that.

Why would I try to play it, I don't want to learn how to play it either. He was paid to play that probably and he must claim he is good at it therefore he should of played it with no mistakes. It was dreadful.

A bit like your grammar.

He didn't do too badly - just a few dozen high notes he missed!

On another audio related matter, anyone know if the new extended 'Heroes in Blue and White' is available for free download?

to be fair I was still ranting at the fact that they had Holloway in the studio so perhaps it wasnt as good as I thought :icon_lol:

That was ****ing sweet, I haven't gone so mental at a goal in a long time and I think we deserved the win today, it was a very good performance. I'm sure many will disagree but King and Oakley were great today, okay Oakley's set-pieces were poor but they got plenty of tackles in and used the ball well.

Watching the sky highlights in the concourse afterwards was great, especially the footage of NP as Howard got on the end of the corner

Becchio was a ****ing disgrace, horrible ugly little wanker, I hope he cried when Howard scored

This team spirit was very much in evidence today. Already stated on here that Gilbert and Cleverley came back to support us but what about another loanee, Stockdale? Love how he raced all the way up to the opposite corner to celebrate with the other players after Howard had headed it in :038:
