I thought Howard was going to burst something when he had his fit (for which he was booked).

Apparently both Cleverly and Gilbert were there in the dressing room today. That to me speaks volumes about the spirit in the club now, for two (ex) loan players to come back like that.

Ref made some shit decisions today. Just before Howard was booked he had a two handed shove in his back. Was it Dickov who was telling him to calm down as he was being carded? as Howard pushed him away.

Got to love last minute winners. So many people left round where I was sat just before the goal went in. Loving the You Tube replays.

both Gradel and Howard were clearly frustrated at the referee's performances and given the effort they had put in I am very pleased the recognition has gone to those two. Relief as much as celebration was on the faces of all, Howard looked ****ed at full time :icon_lol:

Cracking game and a brilliant advert for league one football. Both teams gavea very good account of themselves and played some entertaining football.

I thought we looked really up for it and it was good to see the team react so positively to the mini blip and considering the number of younger, less experienced players in the squad just goes to prove the fantastic spirit and guts that are in the dressing room. It also proves what a fantastic man manager we have in Pearson.

Have to say I went feckin mental when the goal went in and it was fantastic to see this club play with such enthusiasm, endeavour and commitment.

Cannot praise highly enough the job NP has done in turning around a club that looked dead on its feet, getting rid of the dead wood and having such a fantastic season with a such a young and inexperienced side. His scouting network has been immense, with pretty much every signing having made a significant contribution throughout the season.

The pride has come back and I have some real optimism that Pearson will build a squad that can compete in the Championship next season.

Indeed, also it seemed that Gradels speed and trickery forced them to employ Delph in an almost left back role all game diminishing his effect.

The eruption of noise from the crowd gave me flesh pimples.

You could feel the relaxation of worries and could see how much it meant to the players.

I would imagine that goal and that win signalled the moment the team actually knew in their hearts that we are going up

i always sky+ our games but usually i delete them when i get in :icon_bigg watched it again last night - marvellou!!! brown shouldve got booked when becchio did and i think thats why the ref booked him after the half way line incident, thought it was great how stockdale ran from his goal to join in with the players celebrating the goal - just a shame sky didnt pick up on it :icon_bigg ive always had faith in stevie howard :icon_bigg
