The Daily Mail have posted match stats from EA Sports - shows that we did a lot more of the running than Sunderland - Matty James was the one who covered the most distance. Is it naive of me to say that we did most of the chasing? I wasn't at the match but it seems so given their possession stats.

Agreed, particularly second half. We are sadly lacking 'the finish' that a lot of people feared would be our downfall.
Last season we created chance after chance after chance and nine times out of ten we scored more than one. This season the chances are fewer and we are t putting away any of the two or three 'good' chances we are creating.
The answer is therefore fairly simple: create more chances or get strikers who convert more chances.
