Watching Matt Oakley play is about as much fun as having an extra arsehole to wipe. McGivern is ****ing crap. My 3 year old sister could do a better job that King and Wellens has been playing like a **** recently. Gallagher is a useless ****ing fairy too.

Why the **** Pearson hasn't been able to pick a regular side this season I don't know. He seems far too reactive and yes, he had to make changes after Saturday's debacle but they clearly weren't the right ones.

Last night was the most guttless load of wank I've had to watch in yonks.

They were worse than that.

The picture of Nigel Pearson in the Mercury gave a completely wrong impression. If you take enough pictures of someone you will get one of them looking down and dejected. I had a very good view of Pearson thoughout the match and at no time did he look downcast - what he looked was extremely angry.

...
This is NP first real test as LCFC manager but I certainly have faith in him to sort it.

In fairness, it isn't his 'first real test' at all, he's already after having lots of them.

Unless by that you mean, it's the first major balls up that we've had to suffer and the first time the blue mongies have had to challenge their view that Nigel can do no wrong and has unquestionableable judgement.

Time for some important and ruthless decisions to be made by Pearson.

My team for Saturday would be:

Weale

Neilson
Hobbs
Morrison
Berner

Adams
Wellens
Oakley
Gradel

Fryatt
Waghorn

Subs
Pentney
Brown
McGivern
King
N'Guessan
Gallagher
Howard or Kermit

Almost how I would hope, although I doubt Gradel will be coming back just yet. Dyer in the midfield and similer to how we started the season, when ar eperformances were good.

I agree that Oakley has been poor, but I think we need to remember that he is played out of position. Get him back in the middle with Wellens.

He looked quite annoyed with the linesman and the 4th official after Waghorn's penalty claim. The man has passion thats for sure, and I think a great team spirit was the foundation for an excellent start. That plucky attack and defend in numbers attitude has for some reason been lost in the last 3 games, I'm 99% sure the previous 3 performances have been phsycological and not due to a lack of quality. (Except for Matt Oakley, he's just useless.)

Oakley has been bad but you need to let it go, he has been no worse than some of the others, its boring and what good is getting on his back going to do? I hate supporting Leicester sometimes are fans are so annoying and just jump on the bandwagon to berate the team as soon as we lose a few games. Look at Forest in there first season they were lucky to stay up, we have been overachieving and we all know that, we know are team isn't good enough for promotion so why are we so angry and suprised at a couple of defeats. Yes, the way we lost the games hasn't been good but we are just having a tough spell, Bristol before last night hadn't won in five games, it happens with teams, we are just having a tough spell and we will pull through it and come out stronger, it is a good test of character not just of the players but also for Pearson and I am looking forward to seeing just how good of a manager he is. People need to get behind the team in tough times not just moan and have a go at players because it benefits no one. We are seventh in the league a couple of points off third and that is terrific for a team who were in league one last season. Get behind the team you bunch of moaning and mardy cocks.

The more I considering it I reckon something's gone on between this supposed close-knit team.

By no means do I think we're not a bad team all of a sudden but under any circumstances, two performances like the ones that we have been subjected to recently are simply unacceptable, 3rd top or 3rd bottom. I agree that I'm looking forward to some sort of response.

As for Oakley, he has been poor all season, not once have I walked away from the ground and said 'Oakley had a good game'. As a team I think they're a group of good players playing poorly at the minute, which isn't much cause for major concern....... yet.

I thing we have been found out a bit..teams are hitting us were it hurts with pace and movement.

We are so static and slow in midfield...we just get over-ran

West Brom,Reading,Q.P.R,Forest...(cannot say Bristol City cause i did not go) all employed this tactics and only in the Q.P.R game did we manage to stifle them.

I would make 3 changes saturday..bring back in Fryatt for Gallagher,Adams for Oakley and Burner for McGivern.

(Un)Fortunately, I've not been about to see either Forest or last night, so I'm unable to comment personally on performances in the games but from reading comments from those on here who I tend to share similar viewpoints with, it seems actual effort and commitment has been lacking - a worrying thought, as at no time under NP has/could this have been levelled at them.

One of the things I've appreciated about NP - particularly earlier on this season - was his bravery to change a winning team, in order to negate/stifle the tactics of the opposition. Perhaps we are witnessing the other side of this now though in that he's presently uncertain who should be the actual starting XI. His insistance with Oakley out wide, and general reluctance to include natural width (for me, Dyer's lack of involvement is baffling?), I assume, proved easy for wily managers such as Davies and Johnson to counter.

Still, let's not be too hasty. I've often said to LCFC on-lookers that should we be in the mix after Christmas, we'll give it a go - and whilst I haven't seen the last 2 games, I still feel that to be the case.

Expressing an opinion on an Internet forum isn't getting on anybody's back and doesn't mean that he isn't giving the team his full support. He is just expressing an opinion, why would you have a problem with that?
I'd sooner read somebody's opinion on the team than you, or anybody else, whining about people expressing that opinion.

You also need to work on the difference between 'our' and 'are', and the difference between 'their' and 'there'.

It's part of the process that unless you have an over-whelmingly good squad that you must expect bad runs at some points in a season.

There was a measure of over-hype when things were going well and more than a measure of hysteria now.

It's a case of wait and see to what happens over the next 10 games and then we should know if we have a bit of a chance of finishing in the play offs.

I would have thought we are doing as well overall as 90% of supporters would have expected before the start of the season. Two miserable performances in a row are hard on the folk that turned out - but twas always thus.

I was only referring to him on the first bit of my post, and I agreed with him about Oakley not playing well, why do you feel the need to stick up for him, pathetic.

You need to work on getting a life instead of going through my work and picking out mistakes.

This is what i think, only explanation for such a sudden imploding of form throughout the team. Someone or something has/is going on behind the scenes here.

What's 'pathetic'? Your post looks like you're attacking somebody on an Internet forum for expressing an opinion and I disagreed with you.
It isn't my fault if you aren't able to express yourself clearly.

You need to work on getting a life

You haven't got the first clue about my life. Why do you feel the need to attack me now?

instead of going through my work and picking out mistakes.

I haven't gone 'through my work and picking out mistakes', I offered you some friendly advice while disagreeing with the way you attacked somebody and now you're attacking me.
I know what I think is 'pathetic'.

we changed the forwards and the defence and it did not work, must be the mid-fields turn against Sheff W

Attack you? You might want to look into what that word actually means, attack makes it sound like im hurting you.

It was pathetic how you went through my work and told me about a spelling error which everyone makes.

I'm not attacking you, and you weren't offering friendly advice you were taking the piss.
