Not sure our more attacking approach improved us. In fact I think it made us look worse.
Forest deserved it.
We passed the ball really well in the first half. Found space and some better final balls would have meant more chances. Very entertaining.
Second half we were just terrible. Hard to believe it was the same team. Created very little.
We cannot continue to defend like we are. We've it's individual mistakes or being set up in a way that leaves us open. It will take us down.

Okoli shite, Faes shite, Winks brilliant then shite, Buonanotte and Fatawu mostly shite, Justin shite, Ndidi shite. If I’ve missed anyone they were shite too. Other than that, very encouraging. That Wood bloke looks decent, doesn’t he?

Not a betting man but should have put a bet on my prematch prediction of a brace for Wood and a goal for Vardy ( ok JVs wasn't a pen). My City winning prediction was blown away by some amateur defending errors after the break.

Still can't put 2 * good 45 mins in a game.
First half we looked like a very competitive PL side.
Second half we were completely flaccid and combined that with some more self inflicted pain to look like a strong contender for relegation.
Good job we already got those 2 wins in but we really need to start putting together a full game of decent play as 45 mins of decent football is not enough at this level.
I don't think it's all on Cooper though, individual mistakes cost us and some well taken goals to be fair to Yates and Wood for his first one.
Cooper could have maybe done more to try and change things in the second half but the individual mistakes had already cost us the game by then.

Thing is….. Nuno changes the system to stop us playing through the middle, totally nullifies Winks who was the best player on the pitch.
Steve reacts at 1-3 by moving to a shape that allows lots of players who can play and then we proceed to just whack it in the box.
The second half was not just shocking defensively but also tactically. Forest are suddenly miles ahead of us.

Impossible to know what to write other than the same things.
We were great in the first half. The personnel and the shape were about right although I've made no secret of the fact that I think Vestergaard should be playing, but we looked like we could easily compete with them.
Our CBs were a disgrace tonight and had it not been for some totally avoidable mistakes we'd have been comfortable because they were completely shit; we just hit the implosion button and gave up after their second.
Once again however, we can only play for 30 to 40 minutes with any degree of quality. That is just unacceptable. It's also very clear what a mess we made of recruitment.this summer. El Khannouss, Okoli, Edouard, Dog Bobby... They all look ****ing useless most of the time.
So frustrating again but I'm not surprised. There was just no reaction to the changes they made at HT and when we did eventually catch up it was too late because our defence had already gone into self destruct mode and the rest of them had given up any kind of fight.
I can't even be too cross with Cooper tonight although he must shoulder some of the blame for being unable to get us playing for more than about 40 minutes in every 90 but that performance from Faes and Okoli tonight was ****ing hideously unprofessional and both of them need a bollocking of the highest order. So many of us want a back three because, well, we need numbers to offset talent.
