At times he hasn't played to the high standards he set previously - but I wonder how much of that was due to the role Puel wanted him to play alongside Mendy. Since Mendy's been out of the team, Ndidi has improved.

Since Mendy has been out of the side we switched to a 433 leaving Wilf as a pure holding man, he is certainly back to his best now and he has 2 players to give a simple pass to alongside him when he wins the ball
