Rhubarb, anyone can write like a spam email:

Oh orange omelette. Fart cupboard in cushion. Nigel tractor (loud as painting)
Sunflowers sing with rays of sugartits.

Two things concern me:

1. I'm always leery when the mercury starts publishing the "spirit is high/city are flying" articles. There's loads of them in that headline stack.
2. Sounds like half the squad has the flu.

I fear a letdown. Perhaps just a citeh fan defense mechanism kicking in though.

I'm expecting the weather to be pretty cold tomorrow but would be very surprised if it is actually called off given Sky's involvement.

Saturday 3 o clock game then potentially but Sky never like their games called off and they pretty much have the final say on things.

The club doesn't appear to be even thinking about the game being off. The weather suggests the heavy snowfall will be tomorrow afternoon. I'm in no doubt the pitch will be ok, and I suspect Boro have travelled down this afternoon. I understand Sky's involvement, but if the expected snow does arrive I just can't see how they will make the surrounding area safe enough which these days tends to take priority over the pitch.

Yeah I know it's the H&S people that get pissy about the snow but I'd imagine the ground staff have been busy the past day or so and also tonight trying to clear as much snow and treating the stands and surrounding areas so it can't be a problem.

We've never had a game called off here because of the weather before so think we'll be reet tomorrow :)

If it's still snowing could be on-off like the Ipswich game last season, live on Sky...

City reckon it's definitely on...

With the match definitely going ahead...

I don't how they can be so confident given the forecast.

Could just have been a typo:

I think I spotted one:

"With the match definitely going ahead, Nigel Pearson’s men go into the game knowing that a win will take the Foxes above Middlesbrough in the table and into an automatic promotion place." OS

Exactly, there's no way that should have gone on but it did because it was on TV and the forecast isn't as bad as what it was like a couple of years ago.

I'm pretty sure that Ipswich's next home game was postponed even though there wasn't a flake of snow on the pitch and that wasn't on TV.

Ah well, I'm planning to go and see TV Smith doing a gig (free gig too) tomorrow night. If the snow continues the way it is here in the North West, I'll be sat at home watching some football on telly. I can't SkyPlus the gig.

TV Smith live. Free gig. Leicester winning on TV. Snow. Weekend starting.
Life could be worse.

Not sure whether to go to this or not given the weather forecast.

Took advantage of Paddy Power's error the other night of 25/1 for Knockaert first goalscorer, so I bloody hope it's on.

Really looking forward to it actually, and I've got a feeling we may well sneak it.
