Came to steal our best player...didn’t get him...deep dicked us 5-1.

An entire thread and barely a word about the level of performance from what I can see. I won’t mention Riyad but I’m sure he was thinking “that’s why”.

Football is shit post 2016.

For what it’s worth the level of punditry in the UK is scandalous and I’m absolutely pleased as punch a media entity is trying to disrupt the status quo. It’ll be a better place when people who didn’t play football are allowed to talk about it on the Telly.

Imagine a world where a woman who never played professionally might know more than Danny Murphy.....madness!!!

Got back just in time to watch it again on MOTD.

I do not know who they are, but are the 'wimmin' pundits on BT's panel 'qualified' to pass judgement on the games and players?

Not able to hear or see the game today.

Did Mahrez make any useful contribution for his 30 minutes, or was he just as useless as most of the rest appeared to be?

Today was very much about looking to next season. Puel has made the changes within the context of the current squad and what he is now willing and able to evaluate for next season. The transition period (much of what’s left this season) will certainly be inconsistent but short term losses are carefully considered long term gains. This squad evolution should have occurred incrementally over the last two years, but it’s now obvious that we had no revised 5 year plan and no one far enough removed from “the miracle” with enough objectivity to recognize a need to move on. We stockpiled based on what had previously worked as opposed to revising strategy. We bought new players to supplement those we never truly intended to change or update. Winning the league caught us by surprise and we’re only now catching up to that realization. We lose (and win) and learn.

Man City were overdue to hammer someone, unfortunately it was us. I thought we competed well in the first half due to a 3 man catral midfield (even counting James). Ndidi needs some support in there not sat on the bench. I think Silva will come good and im hoping soon Puel recognises his best team/formation and gives it time to gel

Why have Sky got a token woman on the panel for this game? The gender of the presenter is irrelevant, but what exactly does a former/current woman's footballer know about anything to do with the Premier League? She is there as a supposed expert.

Why not have someone from the Leicester Wildecats (our LBGT football team) and someone from the Association of Muslim Footballers. Oh, and someone from the Disability Supporters Association.

What's the difference?
And yet we allow former professional footballers to comment on refereeing decisions. Something they’ve never done before. What do they know about refereeing?

Tokenism, I suggest......

Can't recall a worse Leicester city goalkeeping performance in the last 50 years .
Agree - Before the match my prediction was a 3-1 loss - but I didn't realise that KS would put on such an abject display to throw in a couple more. There may well have been worse examples, but it wasn't beamed around the world and I didn't witness them in full technicolour HD horror

Bar the FA Cup our season is all but petering out.

Can’t see us climbing any more than one place or perhaps dropping a couple?

Could we just please do three things:

1) Try and win the FA Cup.

2) Smash Arsenal at Home.

3) beat Spurs in the final home game.

That would be nice.

We've already beat Spurs at home

Beyond what others may think.
I thought it was a game of 2 goalkeepers
Ours was a liability
Theirs was confident in everything he did.
Anytime we got anywhere near, he was there.
When they got near, we were asking "where's Kasper?"
Time for a change?

I wonder if Puel has got the balls to drop Kasper.

Kalac played worse twice in a week.

I don’t agree that our season is petering out. Seventh is very much there for us and seventh usually brings European football. It would also be our second highest finish since 1976. I’d like to see us achieve those things.

I’d pick winning the FA Cup over finishing seventh, of course, but there’s no reason we can’t do both.

We’re in a little dip but it’s nothing to worry about yet. Swansea was disappointing but they’re in very good form and Man City have done what they did yesterday to others this season. Everton was worst result of the last three but a club of our stature is never going to be immune to an away defeat at a similar club in the top flight.
