Thats really overstating the case.I know it's a while ago now but I can still feel a shudder go through me every time I happen to remember the fact that that fecking pie & jellied eels salesman cockney wanker was ever anything to do with my beloved LCFC.That was the only time I ever found myself ALMOST hoping the team would do badly so he'd get the sack.One of the most detestable & contemptible men in football.I didn't know whether to laugh or cry when he got made DOF (which has to be an offence against some sort of trades description law surely?)
The only good thing about the Levein era was that it saw the end of that useless cnut having a role here.
I even remember after he'd gone the fecker still came back to haunt me.He was summarising on RL (don't remember the game) & one of his comments was along the lines of "there isn't a lot of football being played" (!!!!!!)
I swear i was close to a brain haemorrhage.I lived in a flat at the time & the bloke next door even came round to see what was going on as I was yelling so much at the radio (You f*****g cockney wanker piece of f*****g shite,how f******g dare you say that.Since when did any team under YOU ever play anything even resembling football! You f***wit ars****e cnuting tw*t.Etc,etc...you get the gist)
So no...its NOTHING like that sort of feeling.Please lets get some perspective.EVEN Warnock wouldn't have made me feel as bad as I did the day Bassett was appointed (close,but not quite)
