That is not to knock him - Martin Allen had to go and Milan's present choice is doing a remarkable job.

You are failing your job as an LCFC fan not to knock him...

Come on, get with it, we are top of the league, have the second highest goalscorer in the division, conceeded fewest goals in the division...

so despite the evidence above, Fryatt is rubbish, defence isn't good & we need a new centre midfield & the wingers can't cross :icon_roll

Fryatt isn't rubbish but if he did put away some more chances, which by descriptions from others appear to have been easy, we would not be hanging on to 'nick' a game by one goal. Colchester and Huddersfield yielded 6 points but thinner woodwork and a dodgy decision could easily have cut that to 2 or even fewer points. Fryatt and Howard should be trying to murder these teams so we have the belief and confidence to play really well - like we did after administration. I think we are doing well but sometime soon a lump of a CB is going to take a lump out of Fryatt and put him on the treatment table for a few weeks. What is Plan B? Lump it up to Howard to bang them in?

:081::081: if that is plan B then we are Fecked!!!

Maybe Pearson 'laid down the line' when he joined.

These days managers rarely lay down the line to chairmen let alone owners. This would be especially true of managers who are out of a job. Off hand I cannot think of any situation in which Milan has overruled his manager; except on whether he should be allowed to stay in the job.
In fact just over a year ago Milan backed Martin Allen's change of mind over Hasselbank even though Milan and Hasselbank had worked out terms. Suddenly Martin Allen decided that he did not need a big centreforward when he had such lethal strikers as Carl Cort, Mark Defries and the wonderful Ricky Sappleton.
Ngotti was brought in when we did not have a manager. I suspect that Tunchev and Bruno Berner were probably Milan's idea but I would guess that NP had the final say.

Tunchev was down to Steve Walsh's scouting knowledge

Really?! If that's true then we should get him scouting full time, Tunchev has been a very, very good signing so far.

the supporters are really backing the club. With what has gone on in recent seasons, I am amazed they have kept with us in such large numbers

Is it just me or does he say this in EVERY interview?

Well if it's true he will do won't he ?

But it gets a tad repetitive, I'm sure other chairman don't feel the need to suck up to the fans all the time.

It's not like everyones gonna stop going if Milan doesn't say how wonderful they are
