It would strike me that the FT have no role in the future apart from that they drum up for themselves. :102: If there is to be a role for fans then the net has to be spread wider than the current FT subscription base. I would suggest some sort of federation of Season Ticket holders. ;)

The FT - along with the players and the team manager are all part of the problem. The FT pretends it has the interests of LCFC at heart - and all it cares about is its own involvement. I don't care what MM says to them now as long as he kicks them into touch....as far as Welford Road if possible.

Of course there should be a role for fans.....paying their money and supporting the team and making it known loud and clear when things aren't good enough.

I give this board credit for accepting that the game is up......as far as the manager is concerned, it's a pitiful situation and he needs to be put out of his misery as soon as MM is ready to do so. As far as the players are concerned: either they are trying (successfully) to get the manager the sack or they are looking to be moved on themselves or they are even more rubbish than some of us feared they were (or any combination of these.)

I've never felt this low over a sustained period over a game of fecking football, all brought about by the club I'm supposed to love

And you don't?:081:

Instead of acting like you've got your head stuck up the board's back passage, why don't you have a look and try and answer some of the very pertinent questions put to you in the last couple of days instead of trying to make out that no one could possibly know something you don't about Leicester City Football Club!

Our number one concern is the long term future of the club, that is why we put so many personal hours in to save the club a few years ago & that aim hasn't changed since.

All the various meetings & dialogue we have on the current situation is with that aim.

Listening to reasoned arguement from fans in a private meeting, is far more effective than fans chanting whoever OUT, when lobbying for change.

A continued cycle of sacking managers & paying compensation will get the club nowhere, the money spent paying off managers & coaches in recent seasons has reduced the money available to spend on players by close to £1m now.

We spoke to MM after the game today, he talked about his keenness to aid Rob with money for players should the deal go ahead.

There will always be some questions we can't answer, this can either be because we don't know or because we feel responding would not be in the best interests of the club.

Stories of player unrest have reached us ever since the Trust was formed under every single manager, players don't like not playing, each manager always has some players he gets on well with & others he doesn't.

How does it help the unity of our club if we start discussing them on here, that just sets up divisions, we need all to be working as a unit together.

It is worth discussing if the attitude of the players is such that they would rather see a bloke out of his job than pull their fingers out of their arses and do what they are very lucky to be paid to do!
When there is obviously a problem between sections of the playing staff and the manager where it affects the performances on the pitch then something has to be done...or shall we drop down into League One without even a whimper?

My information is VERY reliable thank you very much and tbh I'd rather trust him than someone representing an organisation that hasn't done very well in representing the fans points of view!

So, just to clear it all up....Do you know or not about RK's agreement with the board and the friction happening with the playing staff?
Not a problem if you don't...after all, you can't be expected to know every little thing that goes on in the Inner Sanctum....

Next Question...I suggest you go and look at the teamcard thread....you'll find that we aren't a very happy bunch about it. Thankfully at least one person tells us things in a straightforward and clear way(LeeH you're a leg-end)

So we should of kept Peter Taylor and Craig Levine???

Keeping managers who are not up to the job will cost us millions, having the right manager will potentially bring us success and Milan millions

As you have your feet under the table its understandable you wil back the manager, but if you are honest you would admit Kelly is not up to the job, its not all about injuries, money and a small squad. (he signed 3 of the worst players, all midfield that the club has ever seen)

The football is drab, defensive, poor tactics, bizzare team selections, coach who yurps like a sunday morning manager etc etc

NOT GOOD

i posted the time i got the info and was asked not to post or say the real timings why i was asked this i don't know but i did what i was asked and how the fcuk have i miss lead my fellow posters get a grip FT your days are numbered :039: :039:
You haven't Newts, the FT are getting a bigger disgrace as each day goes by with their aniti MM antics.

Both you and the FT knew that MM was going to be there yesterday, however, the FT tried to make you look silly by highlighting the fact you got the time wrong. In doing this they were trying to mislead us all into believeing that ALL of your info was wrong. They are guilty of misleading newts, not you

There's a rather large 'shock investigation' article in the NOTW this morning, claiming Mandaric's deal to sell his stake in portsmouth hasn't completely gone through yet.

Newts you are a legend, both you and Bob Hazell post what inside knowledge you both have, it is informative and much appreciated. And more importantly it isn't political bullshit or club spin.

I find this constant "my leaks are better than everyone else's leaks" that has been going on over the last few weeks profoundly depressing. Discussions on here have gone off at all sorts of tangents on the basis of "insde" information that has proved to be wrong, inaccurate, irrelevent or whatever.

If board members really are divulging information from their meetings, board papers, or whatever, then they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves. And their position should be brought into question, as they are clearly breaching their duties as directors - especially if, as we are now being told, one of them has said "you can publicise what you like about the confidential information I have passed on provided you alter one detail of it". I spend much of my life as an "insider" in all sorts of situations, many of them of greater moment in the great scheme of things than this one. One whisper or hint would see me out on my ear.

It may be a bit of fun to us on here, and understandably we are all itching to know as much as we can, but many corporate discussions have foundered as a result of such actions. We all claim to love this club with a passion, yet seem quite happy to put at risk a very delicate process that will have a profound effect on its future for the sake of prurient interest or point-scoring.

Perhaps everyone on here who is, or claims to be, an "insider" or privy to confidential information, should show a little more self restraint.

End of sermon

same here...SOMETHING has to be done and soon because i cant see it getting any better :icon_sad:

POMPEY SCANDAL

Russian saviour hasn't bought club

Manadric still owns half the shares

His Leicester takeover is at risk

A news of the world probe reveals the man who the FA think had brought the club earlier this year, Russian buisinessman Alexandre Gaydamark, has NOT completed the takeover.

Amazingly Milan Mandaric still owns 50 PER CENT sake in the club. And the bombshell threatens his planned £25 million takeover bid of Leicester. Walkers Stadium directors had no idea Mandaric still had such a huge stake in pompey - and were stunned when we brokle the news to them. Our revelations will send shockwaves through the FA. Manadric declined the comment when we confronted him but a close friend said: It is true Milan is still owed a significant amount of money from Alexandre Gaydamark....

The FA are now bound the launch their probe.

A foxes insider said: "This is unbelieveable. It is very embarrassing that the news has been made so public so late"
