I should imagine that once a formal bid has been made the club would make that fact public.

Has an offer document been received and would we know it even if it had been?

I really am concerned at how long it is taking to submit this offer...not because I doubt the deal will go through, but because if this starts dragging into January we could miss out on signings.

We need the WHOLE of January to prepare for the remainder of the season...it really is crucial.
