He is asking us to trust him that he has made the best decision for LCFC, and the more I'm reading, the more I am thinking that he has done the right thing.

Football is in the entertainment industry. 20th Century Fox do not ask us to trust that their films are going to be good. I don't know who their CEO is, and I am sure that he doesn't care whether I like him or not: just so long as my bum is on a seat in a cinema showing his film.

Whether Milan was right or wrong, is not important. If Leicester do well, we will all forget this incident. If, the threatened repeated changes of management, compromise the team then he must take some responsibility. Liverpool, Arsenal & Man Utd. do not change managers on a monthly basis.

I think the anti Milan brigade are clutching at anything they can. To resort to correcting the English of a Serb proves to me that they don't have much to criticise.

Desperate attempts to win over the average Not Right IMO.

Interesting responses in this thread to a blatant attempt by Mandaric to manipulate things in his favour.

Fair play to him, he certainly knows how to entertain the fans

He probably thinks he is doing the right thing but I don't see how it can be.

I can't think of anything nice to say so I'm not going to say anything further on this.

Leicester with Milan is better than Leicester without. Does it not worry you slightly, however, that he seems to take no responsibility for the managers that he appoints?

He seems to have done exactly that, he took on the wrong guy, admitted responsibilty and duly sacked him. He now knows he's also responsible for finding the next one.

So, why does every other club manage on a much more meagre ration of managers - and, of course, fewer hefty pay offs?

So allen posts daily on the os and he praised for keeping the fans informed manderic does it and some of you slate him!!! Unbelivable

I'm sorry, it is a totally irrelevant comparison, MM has made a decision that nobody would have expected 3 months ago, it has made many people to think twice as to whether or not MM is the right person for LCFC.

I agree with you that he must take some responsibility if it does not work, I was posting after the sacking that he should admit that it was a mistake in appointing Allen in the first place.

I seriously doubt that MM would be changing the manager every month if we were in the top four of the Premiership, he is only changing the manager now because he believes this to be the best way to get us into the Premiership.

Maybe we will when the right man is in place, until then it's still new to everybody and they're all stilll finding their feet.

He made a mistake, it takes a clever/wise/brave (insert any superlative you like) person to admit it and deal with it before it's too late.

MA's posts were fluff, harmless bleather. I enjoyed them but didn't find great substance.

Milan is justifying his position and his post is of a far more significant nature.

Um, perhaps. On the local news yesterday, he was asked directly if he had made a mistake in appointing MA, and he said, "No."

Maybe he has a positive outlook on life and doesn't believe in mistakes. Maybe he believes it was the right decision at the time and it quickly turned sour Dour.

I suppose we can spend all night spinning this any way we like to.

Nothing wrong with his speech, unless you re-read and look for the faults. Not sure why you would do that though really....

My opinion, and my opinion only is that I looked upon MA as a complete twat. I used to cringe when I listened to him on the radio or saw a TV interview. I think I must be the only one to be glad to see the back of the cockney tosser.

Its not that he made a mistake, we all do that. It is the blithe way that he says that he'll sack 20 managers if necessary. This may be an exaggeration, but cannot be totally dismissed with his record.
At the risk of my having to eat hunble pie (again!), can you name a team that has changed manager on a regular basis and then had success?
