I'm sure you think Mahrez is a skilfull player but that his effort and output wasn't good enough last season.

I'm sure you think that the defence was at times terrible last season.

I'm sure you want us to opgrade our performance on last season.

And if you don't. Good for you, I have no problem with you holding your opinion.

And it's possible that everyone at the match doesn't see these. It's possible that whilst you're watching Okazaki closing down a player without the ball (which I agree he does well) that you miss something a defender is doing. I'm presuming you only have 1 set of eyes.

I realise that Okazaki brings incredible effort and forward defence to our team. I also see that he has weaknesses. In my VERY PERSONAL OPINION, we can upgrade on him. again IMO he is not good enough for a top 6 Prem club. I understand that you may disagree, that's why I give my opinion. If we all thought exactly the same there would really be no point in coming to the website unless it's just to wank each other off in agreement.
 
Which hopefully also means Wilf isn't going anywhere. Some real athleticism developing amongst the squad with wilf Iborra Gray iheanacho Vardy albrighton

Is it just me or does this IMO stance that FIF is now taking seem in stark contast to the attacking of posters and posts and general trolling over the last few months?

It's always my opinion - do I have to write that everytime. There are very few posts on this board that are not just people's opinion. If trolling is having an opinion that differs then so be it.

He'd be an upgrade on King, James and Mendy at the very least.

But yes, far too expensive.

Iborra, Drinkwater, Ndidi, Mendy, James, King, Barnes. Even Amartey.

Even if we sell Mendy and James and send Barnes onloan we still have 4 central midfielders. You'd expect 3 of them would be pushing for regular place.

Unless were planning on playing three in midfield
 
If McCarthy really is a genuine target for £25m then I'd like to see us sit on our money until the football transfer market gets some ****ing logic to it and we can buy a world class team for the price of some Slimanis and John Stoneseses.

He'd be useless unless we were planning to play 6 in midfield and had injuries.

Because most on that list are terrible.

I'd welcome another central midfielder personally, but I'm not sure McCarthy is the answer...especially at that price.

We need to ship out King, Amartey, Mendy and James. Not good enough for this level.
