He is thinking of Anderlecht centre-half Kara Mbodji. Reported to be the subject of two bids from City, with the second as high as £18million close to the close of the January transfer window. Now been made available to offers.

Watched Hull at the weekend against Villa. He'd fit in well. They are in need of a bit of pace and sharpness up front, and he should be more than good enough at that level, especially with a manager who will play to his strengths.

I wouldn't mind if Musa went out on loan - still think there's potentially a good player in there and that with time to adapt (as in regular playing time, in his proper position as a striker) he could come good.
But we don't have the luxury of being able to give him that time, so it's not going to work for him here in the short term at least. But loan him out to Hull or West Brom, let him adapt to the more physical English game for a season, and he could come back a much better player. He's still young enough.
Having said that, if someone's willing to give us close to what we paid, it's much less risk to let him go!
