I had to get on the plane from Timisoara on about 27 minutes and we were 0-0. I turned my phone on with trepidation as I felt sure it would be bad news (sounds like Micky!) but the first thing I saw was a text from my daughter saying "HE'S DONE IT!" Straight away my heart was lifted. Then I saw the other texts "Ulloa!" Then "Shinji"! ****, I thought, we are witnessing history here! What a team, what an absolutely incredible time, after all these years to be a City fan! I ****ING LOVE this team!!

I don't know how to behave in this current situation.

I was hoping that we'd be a good mid table team. If we were top seven or eight I'd be smiling and letting people know how happy I am with things. I can't take on board that we could be in the top four, esp that the top four are a few points clear of fifth.

But we're top? Top of the Prem? How do I respond? Can't compute.

Anyhow, some big games to come I'm sure.
