It'll definitely be interesting - I think we'll know after the first few games whether the players want to get back up or if they are about to nose-dive. I'm hoping for the latter!

So is everyone else who doesn't own a black and white shirt.

If Newcastle get off a start I think they will do well, playoffs pushing for promotion.

If Newcastle get off to the start I think they will, they'll be pushing for the trapdoor.
Let them argue with dirty Leeds about who's the biggest team in division 3!!

It's a stunningly bad shirt isn't it. This abomination, and the Getafe one, mean that I'll never ever complain about a City shirt ever again.

Unless of course for the 2011-12 season we have a green and yellow hooped one with Starbuck's on the front.

Some folks on WACCOE are saying that according to some of the toon army it's pretty much a certainty that Newcastle will be in administration by the end of this week.

It's just a bunch of Leeds fans trying to take their minds off their own problems.

This was mentioned by a reporter from the Daily Mirror talking on the radio Monday morning, he said it could be the only option for Ashley as they are hemorrhaging money

Is a fat Geordie getting a blow job a really appropriate picture for the article?

That'll be a blow-job with teeth then?

Denis Wise could for the third time be involved with a club in Administration then if these rumours are anything to go by

He's nothing to do with the club.

Obafemi Martins has signed for Wolfsburg

Glad he's gone! He would've torn the Championship to pieces.

Think Ameobi can do just as well as he would have and how the bookies have him at 33/1 for top scorer I will never know. Even if Newcastle struggle they will do it in a kamikaze way of scoring and conceding loads and with probably only just over 20 needed to be top scorer he has to have a great chance.
