He's claimed plenty of bollocks in the past.

This must be the longest thread in living memory, (no doubt somebody will prove me wrong), however it was interesting that the Director of Football refused to make a comment about this player, has something been hammered out or will this thread go on until the next transfer window?

He has always been the target. He wants to come and it's only Bristol City that are making things difficult. They are treading a very risky course.

Football director Andrew Neville has reassured Leicester fans that the club are still looking to sign a striker.

The Foxes have been keen to strengthen their attacking options this summer but have had bids rejected for Nicky Maynard and Jermaine Beckford and missed out on Shane Long.

Neville insists signing a striker remains a priority, and one could arrive at the King Power Stadium in time for the visit of Championship leaders Southampton at the weekend.

"We were hopeful a couple of days ago. Hopefully by Saturday we'll have somebody. It's not the answer people want but we're looking," Neville told BBC Radio Leicester.

"It can be something that can happen very, very quickly or it can be something that's long-winded."

So if we had done this earlier we could have saved ourselves 3 points ?

Good job Sven! :017:

Yes stupid Sven, if he only bought every player with some chance of scoring against us we'd never lose 3 points, rank bad management.

Sounds like a plan to me, don't knock it!
