I thought we were attacking well until we lost Ricardo. Castagne is a solid defender but doesn't offer nearly the same threat down the right. Think he's better attacking down the left.

We really could (and perhaps should) have zero points so far this season. We’ve had 23 shots so far, compared to 50 from our opponents.

Another point on something that keeps being said when we have a bad game.

In my opinion when we have any of our main 11 out the WHOLE team suffers.

To state that that because we have x defenders out but we still should be good in midfield and attack shows a lack of understanding of the game.

We try and bring the ball out and play it through our midfield, when a player is out this is obviously curtailed and we are much more blunt.

Spot on. He was calling for the ball time and time and time again today but Tielemans and Ndidi just looked to pass it backwards or lose it entirely. Maddison wasn't good at all, but he is being completely nullified by having next to little to work with.

Not a chance in hell. I appreciate you saying it’s speculation, but they’re professionals, they wouldn’t do anything like that to jeopardise winning a match.
