I've just always thought Forest considered themselves as the sort of club who are " above" him. Mostly from the sort of comments their fans that I know make about him (I used to live in Nottingham for a few years). However, you're probably right. If they do sack Billeh, they need a short term fix and he's an obvious option based on that. It will still seem a bit odd to me though, having been raised on Forest fans proclaiming themselves to be some sort of pure footballing team and Warnock, with his reputation for hoof ball, bending the rules type football.

None of the coaching staff have arrived for training this morning, which they would have normally done by now. The ginger pinocchio is reporting that she believes this is a clear indication old Billy's been axed.

I know this isn't a groundbreaking observation, but he is one of the most unprofessional men in British football.

He'll go to a lower Championship side over the summer, have a great year with them, then have a meltdown when the end of the season doesn't go to plan and he ruins it for himself again.
