Pfkaktf why would you go with henderson ...whats that based on ? :102:

IMO the defence is not confident with Rab in goal, he is not the quickest off his line, his distribution is generally poor and I dont believe he commands his area. Now I know Henderson can flap but in the games I have seen him in he has looked more assured and the defence has seemed to have more confidence. Shot stopping wise I think both are fairly good. I just think Rab's decision making is poor.

fair enough how many games have you seen henderson play?

I was truly shocked at getting only 1 point over Xmas and New Year, against teams we should be getting points off. I get fed up with the excuses he gives in interviews. I would have more respect for him if he didnt take all the fans for tossers and tell us the truth. Why is it 20,000 people can see we are shite and not the bloke in charge?
My outlook changed over this period and it will stay like that until he either goes or things pick up. Sadly I cannot see things improving.

Its all well and good having a three year plan, bringing the playing age down, cutting wage bills and bringing youngsters through is one thing, but the main point he is missing is the success of the 1st team. If they nosedive into the shit then the whole club follows. He needs to stabalise the first team and quick. We will get to a point soon where no other manager will want to take over because of the dire situation. Bringing in loan players might help, but which Prem player will want to come here and have the pressure on him of trying to save a lost cause??

All bar the Cardiff game, which was arguably his best performance according to the fans who did see him. Also I seen most of Rab's performances, and he just doesnt fill me with confidence. I am certainly not using Rab as a scapegoat but I feel he probably needs a shake up, for us to get out of this mess the manager needs to make some pretty ruthless decisions and I feel that this would be a positive move, certain players have under performed and yet have managed to keep their places, that is not good, I dont agree with making change for changes sake but I do believe competition for places is very positive and at the moment in certain key positions IMO we dont have that.

I think the Goalkeeping position is one of the least of our worries,we desperately need someone to put the ball in the opponents net not stop them going in ours.Rab or Henderson at the moment I couldn't care less,we have bigger Fish to fry IMO.

Henderson is no better....

But given a decent run of games he may well make less key mistakes, inspire more confidence from the defence and midfield, remember Rab has played in 26 or so games this season, Henderson has played in 4 or 5 and never had more than a 1 game run, all I am saying is give the guy a chance, it's not like we are winning matches at the moment. I just want Craig to look outside his comfort zones, have a look at his changes, most of the time it is the same players that he always changes around for instance...... left back and centre half are two areas Craig changes, earlier in the season he was chopping and changing his wide midfielders, Williams is in then out of the 16, and up front he will chop and change between Hume, Hammond and MDV, on average 3 or 4 changes a match. But there are certain players that he rarely if ever changes unless injury or suspension decree and he is fairly rigid with his formations either 4 - 4 - 2 or 4 - 5 - 1.

It clearly aint working but is Craig brave enough to make the changes required to get the club moving back in the right direction.
